Front Fender Replacement - Left Side

Preliminary Procedures Remove the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement (Non HID) or Headlamp Replacement (Cadillac Escalade) or Headlamp Replacement (Yukon) or Headlamp Replacement (Tahoe, Avalanche) or Headlamp Replacement (Chevrolet Tahoe Two-mode Hybrid) or Headlamp Replacement (GMC Yukon Two-mode Hybrid) . Remove the radiator support diagonal brace. Refer to Radiator Support Diagonal Brace Replacement . Remove the upper rear fender bracket. Refer to Front Fender Rear Upper Bracket Replacement . Remove the auxiliary battery tray. Refer to Auxiliary Battery Tray Replacement Remove the left hood hinge. Refer to Hood Hinge Replacement . Remove the left hood link. Refer to Hood Link Replacement . Remove the underhood electrical center/junction block. Refer to Underhood Electrical Center or Junction Block Replacement . Remove the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Left Side .
1	Fender Mounting Bolt (Qty: 3) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
2	Fender Mounting Bolt (Qty: 3) Tighten: 30 N.m (22 lb ft) Procedure: Apply threadlock compound to the bolts.
3	Fender Mounting Clip (Qty: 3)
4	Fender Mounting Nut (Qty: 2) Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
5	Fender Assembly Tip: Transfer any necessary additional parts as needed.
