Installation Procedure

  1. Attach the antenna base to the roof.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the retainer and bolt to the antenna.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  3. Connect the electrical connector to the antenna.
  4. Position the headliner back to the roof. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (SUT) or Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (SUV) .
  5. Install the sunshade to the headliner. Refer to Sunshade Replacement .
  6. Install the windshield side garnish molding. Refer to Windshield Side Garnish Molding Replacement .
  7. Install the center pillar upper garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Garnish Molding Replacement .
