Installation Procedure

  1. Install Air Conditioning Condenser (2)
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install and tighten Air Conditioning Condenser Brace Bolt (1) to 10 N.m (89 lb in)

  3. Install Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector (2). Refer to Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LGX)

  4. Install Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector (2). Refer to Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LGX)

  5. Install Air Conditioning Condenser Outlet Tube (5). Refer to Condenser Outlet Tube Replacement (LGX)

  6. Install Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Condenser. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LGX) 
  7. Lower the vehicle.

  8. Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (2) @ Air Conditioning Condenser. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LGX With RWD, With V03)

  9. Install (2). Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LGX With RWD, With V03)
  10. Install Front Bumper Impact Bar. Refer to Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement
  11. Install Front Bumper Fascia Center Support (Lower). Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement
  12. Install Front Bumper Fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement

  13. Install Radiator Upper Bracket (2). Refer to Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (LTG, LGX)
  14. Install Air Cleaner Assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LGX)
  15. Install Air Cleaner Outlet Duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LGX)
  16. Recharge the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a) Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf) 
  17. Inspect the fluid level. Refer to Transmission Fluid Fill Procedure
  18. Check for leaks. Refer to Automatic Transmission Fluid Leaks
