Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) 
  2. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a)Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
  3. Remove Radiator Air Baffle - Radiator Air Baffle Replacement - Left (LF4) 
  4. Remove Radiator Air Baffle - Radiator Air Baffle Replacement - Right (LF4) 
  5. Remove Radiator Air Side Baffle - Left Side - Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Left Side 
  6. Remove Radiator Air Side Baffle - Right Side - Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Right Side

  7. Disconnect Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (1) @Radiator - Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LF4) 
  8. Disconnect Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Radiator - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LF4) 
  9. Disconnect Engine Mount Vacuum Filter (3) @Radiator
  10. Disconnect Electrical Connector (4)
  11. Disconnect Wiring Harness Retainer
  12. Disconnect Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly@Air Conditioning Condenser Tube - Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (LF4, LGX)
  13. Disconnect Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe@Radiator - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LF4 With MG9)Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LF4 With M5U)

  14. Disconnect Radiator Outlet Hose (1) - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LF4) 
  15. Disconnect Air Conditioning Compressor Hose@Air Conditioning Condenser - Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LGX)

  16. Disconnect Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (1) @Radiator Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement - Radiator to Manifold (LF4)

  17. Disconnect Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (1) @Radiator - Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement - Radiator to Pipe (LF4)

  18. Disconnect Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Retainer (1) @Radiator Air Lower Seal

  19.   20. Remove Radiator Upper Bracket - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side (LF4) 
  21. Remove Radiator Upper Bracket- Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side (LF4)

  22. Remove Radiator Assembly (1)
  23. Remove Engine Coolant Fan Shroud - Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Replacement (LF4) 
  24. Remove Charge Air Cooler Radiator - Charge Air Cooler Radiator Replacement (LF4) 
  25. Remove Air Conditioning Condenser - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LF4)
