Installation Procedure

- Install Air Conditioning Condenser - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LF4)
- Install Charge Air Cooler Radiator - Charge Air Cooler Radiator Replacement (LF4)
- Install Engine Coolant Fan Shroud - Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Replacement (LF4)
- Install Radiator Assembly (1)
- Install Radiator Upper Bracket - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side (LF4)
- Install Radiator Upper Bracket - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side (LF4)
- Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe - Jumper (2) @Radiator - Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With M5U or MG9, ATOC Jumper)Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With MG9, Front Jumper Left)Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With MG9, Mid Line Left)Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With MG9, Mid Line Right)Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With M5U, Mid Line Left)Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With M5U, Mid Line Right)Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With M5U or MG9, Rear Differential Inlet Hose)Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With M5U or MG9, Rear Differential Outlet Hose)
- Install Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Retainer (1) @Radiator Air Lower Seal
- Connect Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (1) @Radiator - Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement - Radiator to Pipe (LF4)
- Connect Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (1) @Radiator - Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement - Radiator to Manifold (LF4)
- Install Radiator Outlet Hose (1) @Radiator - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LF4)
- Install Air Conditioning Compressor Hose@Air Conditioning Condenser - Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LGX)
- Install Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe@Radiator - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LF4 With MG9)Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LF4 With M5U)
- Install Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly@Air Conditioning Condenser Tube - Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (LF4, LGX)
- Connect Wiring Harness Retainer
- Connect Electrical Connector (4)
- Install Engine Mount Vacuum Filter (3) @Radiator
- Install Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Radiator - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LF4)
- Install Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (1) @Radiator - Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LF4)
- Install Radiator Air Side Baffle - Right Side - Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Right Side
- Install Radiator Air Side Baffle - Left Side - Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Left Side
- Install Radiator Air Baffle - Radiator Air Baffle Replacement - Right (LF4)
- Install Radiator Air Baffle - Radiator Air Baffle Replacement - Left (LF4)
- Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a)Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
- Start the engine and inspect for leaks.
