Removal Procedure

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Without KL9) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With KL9)
Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
Heater Inlet Hose @ Heater Core Tube - Remove - Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LKN) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LFV)
Heater Outlet Hose @ Heater Core Tube - Remove - Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LFV) , or Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG) , or Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LKN)
Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube @ Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve - Remove - Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (LFV, LTG) , or Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (LKN)

From within the engine compartment, remove the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module nut (1), securing the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module to the cowl panel.

Unlatch the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower case (1) from the air conditioning evaporator case indicated by the arrows.
