Air Conditioning Evaporator Lower Case (1) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator Upper Case (2) - Install
Latch the air conditioning evaporator lower case (1) onto the air conditioning evaporator upper case (2) indicated by the arrows.

Install the air conditioning evaporator case (1) onto the air distributor case (2).

Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve (1) - Install - Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Replacement

Latch the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower case (1) onto the air conditioning evaporator case indicated by the arrows.
Air Conditioning Wiring Harness - Connect as necessary
Install the assembly spring clip.

Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Screw (2) - Install and tighten 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

Floor Front Air Outlet Duct - Right Side (2) - Install
Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)

Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Screw (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
Attach the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module insulator (1) to the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module.

Heater Core (2) - Install
Rotate the heater core tube bracket (1) down and latch.

From within the engine compartment, install the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module nut (1) securing the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module to the cowl panel, and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Heater Outlet Hose @ Heater Core Tube - Install - Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LFV) , or Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG) , or Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LKN)
Heater Inlet Hose @ Heater Core Tube - Install - Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LKN) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LFV)
Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Without KL9) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With KL9)
Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
Clear the DTCs.
Perform the actuator calibration procedure. Actuator Recalibration
Inspect for coolant leaks.
Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
