Visual/Physical Inspection

Inspect the manual transmission for excessive wear or damage. Inspect the easily accessible or visible system components for obvious damage or conditions which could cause the symptom. Inspect the manual transmission for the correct fluid level, fluid leaks. Inspect the manual transmission for broken or loose transmission mounts. Inspect the clutch system for contamination caused by dirt, oil, or other substances that may affect the clutch system operations. If problem is not readily apparent, repair by symptom:
