Installation Procedure

- Install the control valve body (1) to the transmission. Control Valve Body Assembly Installation
- Install the control valve body cover (1) to the transmission. Control Valve Body Cover Replacement
- Engine Coolant Fan Module Radiator (1) - Install
- Radiator Upper Bracket- Right Side - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side (LGX)Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side (LSY)
- Radiator Upper Bracket- Left Side - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side (LGX)Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side (LSY)
- Wiring Harness @ Engine Coolant Fan - Connect
- Electrical Connector (1) @ Engine Coolant Fan - Connect
- Wiring Harness @ Engine Control Module - Reposition
- Charge Air Cooler - Install - Charge Air Cooler Replacement
- Air Conditioning Condenser - Install - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (With V08)Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (Without V08)
- Radiator Air Upper Baffle (1) - Install - Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (LGX)Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (LSY)
- Radiator Inlet Hose - Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LGX)Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LSY)

- Front Bumper Shutter - Install - Front Bumper Shutter Replacement
- Radiator Air Front Lower Baffle (1) - Install - Radiator Air Front Lower Baffle Replacement
- Forward Lamp Wiring Harness - Reposition
- Intake Air Splash Shield (2) - Install - Intake Air Splash Shield Replacement
- Front Bumper Fascia - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGX Static Fill)Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGX GE 47716)Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill)Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
- Reprogram the transmission. Q77 Transmission Control Solenoid Valve Characterization Programming
