Preliminary Procedures
- Remove the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement (Chevrolet)

- Remove the front fender rear upper brace. Refer to Front Fender Rear Upper Brace Replacement .
- Remove the auxiliary battery and battery tray. Refer to Auxiliary Battery Tray Replacement
- Remove the hood hinge. Refer to Hood Hinge Replacement .
- Remove the underhood electrical center junction block. Refer to. Underhood Electrical Center or Junction Block Bracket Replacement
- Remove the left wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Left Side (Chevrolet)

- Remove the assist step. Refer to Assist Step Replacement (Step Pad - BRS)Assist Step Replacement (Assembly - BRS)Assist Step Replacement (BVE-Short Wheel Base)Assist Step Replacement (BVE-Long Wheel Base)

Left Front Fender Bolt (Qty: 3)
Tighten
25 N.m (18 lb ft)
NOTE:
Apply threadlock compound to the bolts.

Tighten
25 N.m (18 lb ft) |

Left Front Fender Nut (Qty: 2)
Tighten
25 N.m (18 lb ft) |

Tighten
25 N.m (18 lb ft) |

Left Front Fender
- Reposition the hood cable.
- Reposition the windshield washer hose.
- Transfer any necessary additional parts as needed.
