NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications . Preliminary Procedures Remove the engine sight shield. Refer to Intake Manifold Sight Shield Replacement . Remove the front section of the supercharger inlet duct. Refer to Supercharger Inlet Duct Assembly Replacement . Remove the supercharger drive belt. Refer to Supercharger Belt Replacement . Remove the air conditioning, power steering, and water pump drive belt. Refer to Water Pump and Air Conditioning Compressor and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement . Remove the charge air cooler coolant pump. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Replacement . Remove the generator drive belt. Refer to Generator Drive Belt Replacement .
1	Drive Belt Tensioner Assembly Bolt Tighten: 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
2	Drive Belt Tensioner Assembly Tip: Rotate the tensioner in a clockwise direction during belt removal and installation. Remove and install the bolt and tensioner as an assembly. Ensure that the alignment pin on the rear of the tensioner assembly is aligned with the locating hole on the engine during the installation and torque procedure.

Preliminary Procedures

Remove the engine sight shield. Refer to Intake Manifold Sight Shield Replacement .
Remove the front section of the supercharger inlet duct. Refer to Supercharger Inlet Duct Assembly Replacement .
Remove the supercharger drive belt. Refer to Supercharger Belt Replacement .
Remove the air conditioning, power steering, and water pump drive belt. Refer to Water Pump and Air Conditioning Compressor and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement .
Remove the charge air cooler coolant pump. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Replacement .
Remove the generator drive belt. Refer to Generator Drive Belt Replacement .

Drive Belt Tensioner Assembly Bolt

Tighten: 50 N.m (37 lb ft)

Drive Belt Tensioner Assembly
Tip:

Rotate the tensioner in a clockwise direction during belt removal and installation.
Remove and install the bolt and tensioner as an assembly.
Ensure that the alignment pin on the rear of the tensioner assembly is aligned with the locating hole on the engine during the installation and torque procedure.
