Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Lower Case Replacement

Call out Component Name

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Without Start/Stop) .
  2. Remove the air inlet housing. Refer to Air Inlet Housing Replacement .
  3. Remove the heater core assembly. Refer to Heater Core Replacement (LHD) .
  4. Remove the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower control module. Refer to Heater and Blower and Air Conditioning Control Module Replacement .
1 Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Lower Case Fastener (Qty:7)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .
2 Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Lower Case

Procedures

  1. Transfer the blower motor assembly. Refer to Blower Motor Replacement .
  2. Transfer the components as necessary.
