NOTE:

Improper routing of cables and wiring harnesses.
Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions.

- Route all cables without abrasions, do not trap and crush.
- Feed in and install the wiring harness section (1) of the transmission wiring harness.
- Feed in and install the wiring harness section (2) of the transmission wiring harness.
- Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
- Feed in and install the wiring harness section (2) of the transmission wiring harness.
- Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Attach the connector (1) to the air conditioning compressor and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
- Feed in and install the wiring harness section (2) of the supply module.
- Secure clamps (arrow).
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
» Fastening the transmission
- Move the transmission (3) to the installation position.
- Replace screws (2).

- Tighten down screws (2).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

- Secure the cable with the clamp (1).
- Loosening the luggage strap (1).
- Remove special tools 2 219 012
and 0 495 498 (23 4 050)

- Insert and install terminal 50 (2).
- Tighten nut (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Terminal 50 to starter motor M6 Tightening torque 7 Nm - Secure the clamps (arrows).
- Feed in and install the wiring harness section (4) of the transmission wiring harness.
- Tighten down screws (3).

- Connect and lock cable clip (2).
- Connect the positive battery cable (1) and lock.
- Secure clamps (arrow).
