Install heat management module

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The sealing surfaces must be free of oil, grease and cleaning agents.

Clean sealing surfaces (1) and (2) on crankcase with special tool 0 495 102 (11 4 470) .

Replace the sealing rings (1) and (2).
Parts: Sealing ring
Feed in new sealing rings (1) and (2) at heat management module (3) and install.

Feed in heat management module (1) and install.
Tighten screws (arrows) evenly.

Tighten screws (arrows).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Heat exchange module to crankcase
M6	Tightening torque	9 Nm

Insert and install the engine wiring harness (2).
Secure clamps (1).

Connect and lock the connector (1).
Connect and lock the connector (2).
Make sure that the connector (1) and (2) engages audibly.
Connect and lock the coolant lines (3).
Ensure that coolant lines (3) engage audibly.
