Install heat management module

NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The sealing surfaces must be free of oil, grease and cleaning agents.
The sealing surfaces must be free of oil, grease and cleaning agents.
- Clean the sealing surfaces (1) and (2) on the crankcase with the special tool 0 495 102 (11 4 470)
.
- Replace sealing rings (1) and (2).

- Insert and install new sealing rings (1) and (2) on the heat management module (3).
- Insert and install the heat management module (1).
- Evenly tighten the screws (arrows).
- Tighten screws (arrows).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Heat exchange module to crankcase M6 Tightening torque 9 Nm - Insert and install the engine wiring harness (2).
- Secure clamps (1).
- Connect and lock the connector (1).
- Connect and lock the connector (2).
- Make sure you can hear the connectors (1) and (2) engage.
- Connect and lock coolant lines (3), (4) and (5).
- Make sure that the coolant lines engage audibly.
