Front Final Drive Overview

- Left Flange Shaft Seal
- Between the final drive and the transmission housing
- Removing and installing, refer to LEFT FLANGE SHAFT SEAL
- Adjusting Shim
- Behind the taper roller bearing outer race
- Taper Roller Bearing Outer Race

- Quantity: 11
- Tightening specification and sequence, refer to Fig 2
- Right Flange Shaft Seal

- Left Flange Shaft
- Removing and installing, refer to LEFT FLANGE SHAFT
- Bolt
- 10 Nm plus an additional 45° turn
- Gear Carrier
- Use the circlip to attach together with the mount FRONT FINAL DRIVE OVERVIEW FRONT FINAL DRIVE OVERVIEW to the left flange shaft.
- Is identified together as the left flange shaft mounting bracket.

- Torque Converter Shaft Seal
- Removing and installing, refer to TORQUE CONVERTER SEAL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- Torque Converter
- Removing and installing, refer to TORQUE CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
-- Tighten the bolts -1 and 2- to 3 Nm.
-- Tighten the bolts to 23 Nm in the following sequence: -1 through 11-.
