- Bevel Box Output Flange
- Output Flange Cover Cap
- Replace if damaged
- Shaft Seal
- For output flange bevel box
- Replace, refer to BEVEL BOX DRIVE FLANGE SEAL
- Seal on Bevel Box
- Between the bevel box and transmission
- Replace, refer to SEAL BETWEEN TRANSMISSION AND BEVEL BOX
- Bevel Box
- Removing and installing, refer to BEVEL BOX, REMOVING
- Drain Plug
- 60 Nm
- For the oil drain hole for the bevel box
- Shaft Seal
- For the right flange shaft on the outside of the bevel box
- Replace, refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT SEAT ON OUTER BEVEL BOX, REPLACING
- Drain Plug
- For bevel box oil filler hole
- Tightening specification, refer to BEVEL BOX OIL FILLER BOLT
- Bolt
- Replace
- 40 Nm plus an additional 45° turn
- Quantity: 4
- Bevel box to transmission
- Breather Pipe
- Ventilation Cap
- Bolt
- Replace
- 33 Nm
- Right Drive Flange
- Removing and installing, refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT
- Oil Seal
- Replace
- Needle Bearing (polygon bearing)
- If the flange shaft is difficult to move when it is removed, this is not a fault
- Acoustical test only when installed
- Check for damage, for example for cracks on the out race
- Replace, refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT NEEDLE BEARING
