Front Floor Covering, Removing And Installing: Removing
Follow all Safety Precautions when working with pyrotechnic components. Refer to PYROTECHNIC, ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM COMPONENTS, SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND TESTING PROCEDURES .
-- Remove the front seats with the seat frames.
- Mechanically adjustable seat. Refer to FRONT DRIVER SEAT OVERVIEW .
- Memory seat, power seat and Comfort seat. Refer to FRONT DRIVER SEAT OVERVIEW .
-- Remove the lower left and right A-pillar trim. Refer to LOWER A-PILLAR TRIM OVERVIEW .
-- Remove driver side and passenger side footwell covers. Refer to STORAGE COMPARTMENTS AND COVERS .
-- Remove the footrest cover. Refer to FOOTREST COVER AND BRACKET OVERVIEW .
-- Remove any covers or trims for the connector station, foot vent, etc.
-- Remove center console. Refer to CENTER CONSOLE OVERVIEW .
-- Remove 2 press buttons. Refer to -Item 3- FLOOR COVERING OVERVIEW.
-- Fold the floor covering lengthwise and remove it through a door.
