Install Pipe

Remove seals, install new O-rings and lube with compressor oil.
Install the pipes and secure them. For tightening torques, see Tightening torques for pipes and hoses .
Fill the cooling system
- Diesel engines acc. to Draining And Filling the Cooling System
- Gasoline engines except B4184sm and B4184sj acc. to Filling With Coolant .
- Engine B4184sm acc. to Fill with coolant
- Engine B4184sj acc. to Cooling System, Draining/Refilling
Right-hand drive cars with manual transmission: Fill the reservoir for the transmission, bleed as needed.
