Tightening Torques For Pipes And Hoses

Pipes and hoses connected on back (A) of compressor.

Tightening torques for pipes and hoses:

Zexel 22 Nm .
Sanden 45 Nm .
MSC90 25 Nm .
Joints, pipe connections (B) 13 Nm .
Hoses, pipe couplings, M6, 10 Nm .
Hoses, pipe couplings, M8, 25 Nm .

NOTE: Hold pipes in place with your hand when removing and tightening to avoid damage to couplings and pipes.
