  1. Ribbed Belt
    • Check for wear
    • Before removing, mark the running direction using chalk or a felt-tip pen.
    • Do not kink
    • Ribbed belt routing. Refer to Installing .
    • Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the belt pulleys
  2. Bolt
    • 10 Nm + 90°
    • Always replace after removing.
    • Use original bolts only.
  3. Vibration Damper
    • With the ribbed belt pulley
    • Installation position: The hole inside the vibration damper must be positioned over the raised section on the crankshaft toothed belt sprocket.
    • Removing and installing. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  4. Ribbed Belt Tensioner
  5. Bolt
    • 20 Nm + 90°
    • Always replace after removing.

    • Make sure the sub-assembly bracket fits correctly.

    • Make sure it is seated correctly inside the A/C compressor.
