Overview - Toothed Belt

  1. Bolt
    • 180 Nm + 135° (additional tightening can be done in stages, for example 90° + 45°)
    • Always replace after removing.
    • Loosen and tighten with the :3415 
    • Do not oil the thread and the collar
  2. Crankshaft Toothed Belt Sprocket
    • There must be no oil on the contact surface between the toothed belt sprocket and crankshaft
    • Only possible to install in one position
  3. Nut
    • 20 Nm
  4. Damper Roller
  5. Nut
    • 20 Nm + 45°
    • Always replace after removing.
  6. Tensioning Roller
  7. Toothed Belt
  8. Bolt
    • 100 Nm
    • Loosen and tighten with the :T10172  with :T10172/11 
    • Do not oil the thread and the collar
  9. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
  10. Camshaft Toothed Belt Sprocket
    • There must be no oil on the contact surface between the toothed belt sprocket and the camshaft
  11. Camshaft Carrier
  12. Bolt
    • 20 Nm
  13. Damper Roller
  14. High Pressure Pump
  15. High Pressure Pump Hub
  16. High Pressure Pump Toothed Belt Sprocket
  17. Nut
  18. O-ring
    • Always replace after removing.
    • Coat with coolant
  19. Coolant Pump
  20. Bolt
