Removal [02/2024 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
  2. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  3. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Use the same procedure described for the lower No. 2 instrument panel pad sub-assembly.
  4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  5. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11

  7. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  8. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  9. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  10. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18

  11. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15

  12. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22

  13. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Type A) 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 23
  14. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL ORNAMENT (for Type B) 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 24
  15. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 25

  16. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL (for 8 Inch Display) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 26

  17. REMOVE RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET 

    HINT: 

    The illustrations are representative examples, and details may differ.

    1. for 8 Inch Display:

      Place Hands Here Remove in this Direction
      1. Remove the 4 bolts.
      2. Place your hands shown in the illustration and move it toward the rear of the vehicle to detach the clip.
      3. Disconnect each connector.
    2. for 12.3 Inch Display:

      Protective tape - -
      1. Put protective tape around the radio and display receiver assembly with bracket.
    3. for 12.3 Inch Display:

      Place Hands Here Remove in this Direction
      1. Remove the 4 bolts.
      2. While holding the position shown in the illustration, detach the clip.
      3. Place your hands shown in the illustration and move it toward the rear of the vehicle to detach the clip, claw and guide.
      4. Disconnect each connector.
  18. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET

  19. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET

  20. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH (for 12.3 Inch Display) 

    HINT: 

    Perform this procedure only when replacing the switch and volume assembly.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13

  21. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 12.3 Inch Display) 

    HINT: 

    Perform this procedure only when replacing the switch and volume assembly.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16

  22. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY (for 12.3 Inch Display) 

    HINT: 

    Perform this procedure only when replacing the switch and volume assembly.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 28

  23. REMOVE SWITCH AND VOLUME ASSEMBLY (for 12.3 Inch Display) 

    HINT:
