Disassembly [11/2020 - 12/2022]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSIST GRIP

      1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the claws to open the cover.
      2. Remove the 2 screws and luggage compartment door assist grip.
  2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER

  3. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR CLOSER ASSEMBLY (w/ Easy Closer) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  4. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/o Easy Closer) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  5. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

  7. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  9. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides.

  10. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  11. REMOVE TELEVISION AND INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Digital Inner Mirror) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  12. REMOVE REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/o Digital Inner Mirror) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  13. REMOVE LUGGAGE ELECTRICAL KEY SWITCH 

    See step  4

  14. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUPPORT ASSEMBLY 

    See step  1

  15. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE ASSEMBLY LH

    NOTE:

    Remove the luggage compartment door hinge assembly LH while supporting the luggage door by hand.

  16. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides.

  17. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION

      1. Detach the claws and remove the luggage compartment door cushion.
