Reassembly [11/2020 - 12/2023]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL POWER SEAT TILT MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH (for 8 Way Seat Type)

  2. INSTALL POWER SEAT LIFTER MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH (for 8 Way Seat Type)

    		 Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
  3. INSTALL REAR UPPER SEAT TRACK COVER 
  4. INSTALL UPPER SEAT TRACK RAIL COVER

      *a Terminal of the Slide Motor - -
      Install in this Direction - -
      1. w/ Memory:

        Connect the No. 1 terminal of the slide motor to the positive (+) battery terminal, and the No. 4 terminal to the negative (-) battery terminal and then move the front seat adjuster assembly LH to the frontmost position.

        NOTE:

        After performing this procedure, initialize the seat ECU (position control ECU assembly).

      2. w/o Memory:

        Connect the No. 1 terminal of the slide motor to the positive (+) battery terminal, and the No. 2 terminal to the negative (-) battery terminal and then move the front seat adjuster assembly LH to the frontmost position.

      3. Slide in the installation direction shown in the illustration and attach the claw to install the upper seat track rail cover.

      *a Terminal of the Slide Motor *b Matchmark
      1. w/ Memory:

        Connect the No. 4 terminal of the slide motor to the positive (+) auxiliary battery terminal, and the No. 1 terminal to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal and then return the front seat adjuster assembly LH to the center position aligning with the matchmark.

        NOTE:

        After performing this procedure, initialize the seat ECU (position control ECU assembly).

      2. w/o Memory:

        Connect the No. 2 terminal of the slide motor to the positive (+) auxiliary battery terminal, and the No. 1 terminal to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal and then return the front seat adjuster assembly LH to the center position aligning with the matchmark.

  5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SPRING SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
  6. INSTALL NO. 1 FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD (for 8 Way Seat Type) 
  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRE LH (for Driver Side) 
  8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT WIRE RH (for Front Passenger Side) 
  9. INSTALL FRONT SEAT WIRE LH 
  10. INSTALL SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Seat Heater System) 
  11. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION WIRE HARNESS HOLDER LH (for 8 Way Seat Type) 
  12. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION WIRE HARNESS HOLDER RH (for 4 Way Seat Type) 
  13. INSTALL FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD LH (for 8 Way Seat Type) 
  14. INSTALL FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD RH (for 8 Way Seat Type) 
  15. INSTALL LH SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH (for 8 Way Seat Type) 
  16. INSTALL RH SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH (for 4 Way Seat Type) 
  17. INSTALL LH SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH (for 8 Way Seat Type) 
  18. INSTALL RH SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH (for 4 Way Seat Type) 
  19. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Climate Control Seat System) 

    Torque: 3.2 N.m (33 kgf/cm, 28 in.lbf) 

  20. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Seat Heater System)

  21. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER LH

    NOTE:

    Be careful not to dirty or damage the separate type front seat cushion cover.

    HINT: When installing a separate type front seat cushion cover, refer to Precaution in order to prevent wrinkles from forming.Refer to PRECAUTION [11/2020 - ] 
  22. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD LH 
  23. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK HOOK 
  24. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR 
  25. INSTALL SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER RH (w/ Climate Control Seat System) 
  26. INSTALL SEATBACK FELT (for 8 Way Seat Type) 
  27. INSTALL LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH (for 8 Way Seat Type) 
  28. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK SPRING SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for 4 Way Seat Type) 
  29. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT SEAT WIRE LH 
  30. INSTALL FRONT SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH 

    Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf/cm, 49 in.lbf) 

  31. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Seat Heater System)

    NOTE:

  33. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH 
  34. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT 
  35. INSTALL NO. 3 ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/ Foot light) 
  36. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION BRACKET LH 
  37. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH 

    Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf/cm, 31 ft.lbf) 

  38. INSTALL FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH LH (for 8 Way Seat Type)

  45. INSTALL SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB 
  46. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH (for 8 Way Seat Type) 
  47. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH (for 4 Way Seat Type) 
  48. INSTALL FRONT SEAT FRONT CUSHION SHIELD LH 
  49. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Driver Side)
