Disassembly [09/2019 - 10/2020]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Pre-collision System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (for Bar Type Radiator Grille) 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
  3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille) 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD LH (for Bar Type Radiator Grille) 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and guide to remove the front bumper pad LH.

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD RH (for Bar Type Radiator Grille) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD LH (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille) 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and guide to remove the front bumper pad LH.

  7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD RH (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Panoramic View Monitor System) 

    for Bar Type Radiator Grille:

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER INSERT (w/ Panoramic View Monitor System) 
    1. for Mesh Type Radiator Grille:
      1. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the front bumper cover insert.

  10. REMOVE FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Panoramic View Monitor System) 

    for Mesh Type Radiator Grille:

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  11. REMOVE FRONT CENTER ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  12. REMOVE FRONT CORNER ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  13. REMOVE FRONT CENTER ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 

    for Bar Type Radiator Grille:

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  14. REMOVE FRONT CORNER ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  15. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 
    1. for Bar Type Radiator Grille:
      1. Disengage the 10 clamps to remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

    2. for Mesh Type Radiator Grille:
      1. Disengage the 12 clamps to remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

  16. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER (for TRD) 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and 2 clips.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    2. Separate the double-sided tape.

    3. Disengage the 30 claws to remove the front spoiler.

  17. REMOVE HOOD TO FRONT END PANEL SEAL 
    1. Disengage the 6 clips.

    2. Separate the double-sided tape and disengage the guide to remove the hood to front end panel seal.

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    1. Disengage the 4 claws to remove the 2 pin hold clips as shown in the illustration.

  33. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER 
    1. Remove the 2 front fender liner retainers as shown in the illustration.

  34. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER 
    1. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the No. 2 front bumper energy absorber as shown in the illustration.

  36. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT 
    1. Remove the headlight assembly LH.

      Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

    2. Remove the headlight assembly RH.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    3. Disengage the 5 clamps.
