Reassembly [02/2014 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL HOOD CUSHION 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install 2 new hood cushions.

  2. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 6 clamps to connect the washer hose assembly.

  3. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  4. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  5. ADJUST WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  6. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR 
    1. Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the hood insulator with 7 new hood insulator clips.
  7. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL 
    1. Install the hood to radiator support seal with 8 new hood to radiator support seal clips.

  8. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL 
    1. Install the hood to radiator support seal with 3 new hood to radiator support seal clips.
