- Disengage the 4 clips and 7 claws and remove the front door scuff plate LH.

- Remove the clip (A).
- Disengage the 2 clips (B) and remove the cowl side trim sub-assembly LH.

- REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
- Disengage the 5 clips and 2 claws and remove the rear door scuff plate LH.
- REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

Removal of the rear door scuff plate RH is the same as the rear door scuff plate LH.

- REMOVE CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH LH
- Disengage the 2 clips and 2 claws and remove the center pillar lower garnish LH.
- REMOVE CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH RH
HINT:
Removal of the center pillar lower garnish RH is the same as the center pillar lower garnish LH.
- REMOVE CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LH
- Remove the bolt.
- Disengage the 2 clips and remove the center pillar garnish LH.
- REMOVE CENTER PILLAR GARNISH RH

Removal of the center pillar garnish RH is the same as the center pillar garnish LH.
- REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH
- Disengage the 4 clips and 2 claws and remove the rear seat side garnish LH.
- REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH
HINT:
Removal of the rear seat side garnish RH is the same as the rear seat side garnish LH.
- REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH
- Disengage the 3 clips (A).
- Pull the roof side inner garnish assembly LH forward, disengaging from the metal clip (B).
- Remove the metal clip (B) from the body.
- REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Removal of the roof side inner garnish assembly RH is the same as the roof side inner garnish assembly LH.
- SEPARATE REAR OUTER SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 16

- REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH
- Pull the upper part of the garnish toward the inside of the cabin and disengage the garnish from the base of the clips (A) and (B).
HINT:
Make the front pillar garnish LH hang down from the front pillar garnish clip.
- Turn the end of the front pillar garnish clip 90° with needle-nosed pliers and remove it from the front pillar garnish LH.NOTE:
- Front pillar garnish clips are reusable if they are not removed from the vehicle and have no damage.
- Replace the front pillar garnish clips with new ones if they are removed from the vehicle.
HINT:
Tape the tips of the needle-nosed pliers before use.
- Remove the front pillar garnish LH.
- Protect the curtain shield airbag.
NOTE:
Cover the curtain shield airbag with the protection cover as soon as the front pillar garnish is removed.
- Cover the airbag with cloth or nylon of 700 mm (27.56 in.) x 120 mm (4.72 in.) and fix the ends of the cover with tape, as shown in the illustration.
- Pull the upper part of the garnish toward the inside of the cabin and disengage the garnish from the base of the clips (A) and (B).

Removal of the front pillar garnish RH is the same as the front pillar garnish LH.
- REMOVE FRONT ASSIST GRIP SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Disengage the 3 claws and remove the cover.

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
- Slightly push in the clips with your fingers and remove them from the assist grip sub-assembly.
- Remove the clips from the body.
- Disengage the 3 claws and remove the cover.
- REMOVE ASSIST GRIP SUB-ASSEMBLY
HINT:
Removal of the assist grip sub-assembly is the same as the assist grip sub-assembly front.
- REMOVE VISOR BRACKET COVER
- Using a moulding remover, disengage the 3 claws and remove the visor bracket cover.
- REMOVE VISOR ASSEMBLY LH
- Remove the 2 screws and the LH visor assembly.
- REMOVE VISOR ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Removal of the RH visor assembly is the same as the LH visor assembly.
- REMOVE ROOF CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY
- Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 clips and remove the roof console box assembly.
- REMOVE REAR INTERIOR LIGHT ASSEMBLY
- Using a moulding remover, disengage the 6 claws and remove the rear interior light assembly.
- REMOVE VISOR HOLDER
- Remove the holder of the sun visor by turning it to the left.
- REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER (W/ Garage Door Opener) . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 1
- REMOVE RAIN SENSOR COVER (w/ Auto Wiper) . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 1
- REMOVE RAIN SENSOR (w/ Auot Wiper) . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 2
- REMOVE SUN ROOF OPENING TRIM MOULDING (w/ Sliding Roof)
- Remove the sun roof opening trim moulding.
- REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY
- Disengage the 4 clips.
- Remove the roof headlining assembly from the passenger's door.
- Remove the pad from the roof headlining assembly.
- Remove the antenna cord sub-assembly with roof wire.
