Exhaust Pipe And Catalytic Converter: Removal

DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL LOWER CENTER (for Sedan) (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH (for Sedan) (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)
REMOVE SHIFTING HOLE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Hatchback Manual Transaxle) (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Sedan) (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE CONSOLE BOX REAR COVER (for Hatchback) (See REMOVAL
REMOVE CONSOLE UPPER REAR PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Sedan) (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CARPET (SEE REMOVAL )
REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (SEE REMOVAL )
REMOVE INSTRUMENT PAD LOWER LH (for Sedan) (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY FRONT
1. Remove the 4 bolts and 4 compression springs.
2. Remove exhaust pipe support No. 4 and the exhaust front pipe assembly.

3. Remove the 2 exhaust pipe gaskets.
REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY TAIL
1. Remove the 2 No. 4 exhaust pipe supports and the exhaust tail pipe assembly. (for Hatchback)

2. Remove the 3 No. 4 exhaust pipe supports and the exhaust tail pipe assembly. (for Sedan)
