Front Stabilizer Bar: Installation

1. Install the front stabilizer bar by inserting it from the right side of the vehicle.

1. Install the manifold stay with the bolt and nut.

   Torque: 34 N*m (347 kgf*cm, 25 ft.*lbf)

1. Install the 2 front stabilizer bar bushings No. 1 to the outer side of the bushing stopper on the front stabilizer bar.

   NOTE: Place the cutout of the front stabilizer bar bushing No. 1 as facing the rear side as shown in the illustration.

1. Install the front stabilizer bracket No.2 LH to the front stabilizer bar bushing No. 1.

1. Install the front stabilizer bracket No.2 RH to the front stabilizer bar bushing No. 1.

1. Install the front stabilizer bracket No. 1 LH to the front frame assembly with the 2 bolts.

   Torque: 16 N*m (163 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf)

1. Install the front stabilizer bracket No. 1 RH to the front frame assembly with the 2 bolts.

   Torque: 16 N*m (163 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf) 

1. Install the front stabilizer link assembly LH with the 2 nuts.

   Torque: 74 N*m (755 kgf*cm, 55 ft.*lbf) 

   HINT:

   If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a hexagon (6 mm) wrench to hold the stud.

1. Install the front stabilizer link assembly RH with the 2 nuts.

   Torque: 74 N*m (755 kgf*cm, 55 ft.*lbf)

   HINT:

   If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a hexagon (6 mm) wrench to hold the stud.

Torque: 103 N*m (1,050 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf)
