Section 23 (HVAC System (Heater, Ventilator And A/C)): Compressor: Installation

CAUTION:

Replace the O-rings with new parts, and then apply compressor oil.
After replacing the compressor, adjust the amount of the compressor oil. < Refer to PROCEDURE , Compressor Oil. >

Install each part in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: Tighten the compressor for non-turbo model in the numerical order as shown in the figure.

Charge refrigerant. < Refer to PROCEDURE , Refrigerant Charging Procedure. >
Tightening torque:

Refer to "COMPONENT" of "General Description".

Air conditioning unit: < Refer to AIR CONDITIONING UNIT , COMPONENT, General Description. >

Compressor: < Refer to COMPRESSOR , COMPONENT, General Description. >
