IMPORTANT Always replace the front axle shaft flange (9) and angular contact ball bearing (9n) together.
IMPORTANT The pulse ring (encoder) for the rpm sensor is integrated in the angular contact ball bearing (9n). For this reason, it is important to make sure that the installation position of the angular contact ball bearing (9n) is correct. The points, the "Inside" inscription, or the black inner ring on the angular contact ball bearing (9n) must point towards the inside of the steering knuckle (1). The marking is manufacturer specific. The magnetic side of the angular contact ball bearing (9n) must point towards the inside of the steering knuckle (1). If incorrectly fitted, the rpm sensor will not detect any pulse signals.
IMPORTANT Make sure that the angular contact ball bearing (9n) is installed at the correct position.
IMPORTANT Note different size of angular contact ball bearings.
