	Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Remove intake air duct upstream of air filter housing

4	Detach electrical connector from refrigerant compressor

		Do not disconnect lines from A/C compressor. Attach A/C compressor at side in bottom of engine compartment with lines connected.
6	Remove belt pulley/vibration damper		AR03.30-P-1600CD

10	Remove poly-V belt tensioning device (7) from major assembly carrier (4)	When replacing the major assembly carrier (4).
10		Bolt, poly-V belt tensioning device to major assembly carrier	*BA13.25-P-1001-01W
11	Remove guide pulleys (8, 9) from major assembly carrier (4)	When replacing the major assembly carrier (4).
		Check guide pulleys (8, 9) for wear; replace if necessary.
		Bolt, guide pulley to major assembly carrier	*BA13.25-P-1002-01W
12	Remove screw/bolts (11) and remove guide pulley (10) from major assembly carrier (4)	MODEL 204.9 When replacing the major assembly carrier (4).

		Check guide pulley (10) for wear, and replace if necessary.
13	Install in the reverse order
