Remove/install left rear seat backrest cover - AR91.18-P-1874CW

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove left rear seat backrest (1)   AR91.12-P-1720CW 
2 Remove pivot bearing (2) Model 204.0, 212.0
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that left rear backrest inclination switch integrated into pivot bearing (2) is seated correctly in backrest frame.		  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA91.12-P-1004-03I 
3 Remove armrest (4)   AR91.12-P-1750CW 
4 Remove all head restraint guides from left rear seat backrest (1)   AR91.16-P-1775CW 
5 Unclip cover (5) from seat belt (3) and remove SPECIAL TOOL Fig 3
6 Remove bolts (8) and remove ISOFIX child seat attachment (6) top bracket Model 204.2  
7 Unclip and remove cover (7) Model 204.2/9

8 Remove screw/bolt (9) and remove cover (10) Models 204.2/9, 212.2  
9 Unhook cover (12) from backrest frame INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Bend hook at backrest frame so that the cover (12) can be securely hooked on.  
10 Guide seat belt (3) through cover (12) and padding (11)    
11 Remove cover (12) with padding (11)    
12 Slip cover (12) over padding (11)    
13 Unclip staple wires that are in the material pockets (13, 14) from padding (11)    
14 Pull the staple wires out of the material pockets (13, 14) Model 204  
15 Unclip staple wires (15) from padding (11)    
16 Lift cover (12) and guide seat heater electrical wiring harness through padding (11) Model 212 with code (872) Electric seat heater for left and right rear seat  
17 Remove cover (12) from padding (11)    
18 Pull staple wires (15) out of cover (12) Model 204, when replacing cover (12).  
19 Install in the reverse order
