Remove/install antenna cover - AR82.70-P-8952EW

3	Cut off and remove cover (1) using cutting wire (2)		AR82.70-P-8952-02EW
		Move cutting wire (2) upwards against the cover (1). Otherwise the paint will be damaged. The cover (1) is destroyed when cut out and it has to be replaced. Glass removal
	Install
4	Prepare body for installation		AR82.70-P-8952-01EW
		Carefully cut back adhesive residue (4). Otherwise the paint can be damaged.

5	Apply adhesive material to cover (1)		AR82.70-P-8952-03EW
		The adhesive bead (5) must have a diameter of 4 mm, it must not exhibit any discontinuities and it must be applied in the front area with an overlap of approx. 10 mm. Otherwise leaktightness and strength are not assured. The cover (1) must be mounted onto the body within a period of 5 minutes after applying the adhesive material. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease.

6	Position cover (1) above multifunction antenna mock-up (3) and press onto body, applying slight pressure up to contact surface	The manufacturer's specifications with regard to adhesive material curing times must be noted. The cover (1) is aligned to the multifunction antenna mock-up (3). The minimum distance to the body is approx. 0.8 mm because of the spacers of the cover (1).
