Remove/install throttle valve actuator - AR09.41-P-1321SXI

ENGINE 642 in MODEL 207, 212, 221

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove engine cover    
2 Remove noise damper downstream of charge air cooler Model 221 AR09.40-P-6925SXI 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Noise silencer downstream of charge air cooler to mixing chamber *BA09.41-P-1007-01J 
3 Remove charge air hose downstream of the charge air cooler   AR09.41-P-8625SXI 
4 Remove right air filter housing   AR09.10-P-1150SXI
5 Remove right shield on exhaust manifold Model 221  
6 Loosen bolts on right shield Model 207, 212
IMPORTANT Loosen bolt on bracket and shield on cylinder head. It is not necessary to remove the shield.		  
7 Disconnect electrical plug connector on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)    
8 Remove engine charge air duct downstream of charge air cooler Model 207, 212 AR09.41-P-8624OGE 
Model 221 AR09.41-P-8624SXI
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Engine charge air duct downstream of charge air cooler to throttle valve actuator *BA09.41-P-1005-01J 
9 Remove holder on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) Model 221  
IMPORTANT Bracket, throttle valve actuator to cylinder head *BA09.41-P-1006-01J 
10 Remove screw/bolt from bracket on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) Model 207, 212
IMPORTANT It is not necessary to remove the bracket.		  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bracket, throttle valve actuator to cylinder head *BA09.41-P-1006-01J 
11 Remove bolts on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Throttle valve actuator to mixing chamber *BA09.41-P-1008-01J 
12 Take out throttle valve actuator (M16/6) INSTALLATION NOTES Replace seal in order to achieve smooth running of the engine.  
13 Install in the reverse order
