	Remove
1	Detach transmission housing (1) from torque converter housing or housing for electrical machine		AR27.50-P-0601W
1		Cleanliness is essential when working on the transmission. Otherwise, even the smallest foreign particle in the hydraulic components of the transmission can lead to malfunctions or a total failure of the transmission. For cleaning, use lint-free cleaning cloth. Chamois leathers are the most suitable.	AR27.50-P-0601W
2	Press together clutch pack BR (5) and remove retaining ring (5s)
3	Remove clutch pack BR (5)
4	Remove disk spring (5t)
5	Remove screws/bolts (6s) and remove multidisk brake B2 (6)	According to condition:
5	Remove screws/bolts (6s) and remove multidisk brake B2 (6)	Disassemble/assemble multi-disk brake B2	AR27.50-P-0880W
6	Remove park pawl gear (7)
	Install
7	Insert park pawl gear (7)
8	Measure and adjust clearance of multi-disk brake B2 (6).	TRANSMISSION 722.9, 724.2 Multidisk brake B1, B2, B3 and multidisk clutch K1, K2, K3	AR27.51-P-7229W
9	Install multidisk brake B2 (6) and tighten screws/bolts (6s)	The external plate carrier of the multidisk brake B2 (6) is simultaneously the piston of clutch pack BR (5) and must not tilt over. Otherwise function of clutch pack BR (5) is not ensured. Before tightening the screws/bolts (6s), press the external plate carrier from inside against the park pawl gear (7). Replace screws/bolts (6s).

10	Insert disk spring (5t)	Insert disk spring (5t) in such a way that the curvature of the inner circumference points toward the multidisk brake B2 (6).
11	Install clutch pack BR (5)
	End disk modified	TRANSMISSION 722.9 Check disks for scorch marks and wear, replace if necessary. Observe the installation sequence: ↓	BT27.50-P-0015-01W
	End disk modified	Survey of multiple-disc components, production details TRANSMISSION 722.9	GF27.51-P-5200W
12	Press together clutch pack BR (5) and install retaining ring (5s)
13	Measure and adjust clearance in multidisk brake BR		AR27.51-P-7229-01W
		The thickness of the retaining ring (5s) determines the clearance.	AR27.51-P-7229-01W
