Disassemble/assemble multi-disk brake B2 - AR27.50-P-0880W

	Remove
1	Remove disk pack B2 (5)		AR27.50-P-0782W
1	Remove disk pack B2 (5)	Cleanliness is essential when working on the transmission. Otherwise, even the smallest foreign particle in the hydraulic components of the transmission can lead to malfunctions or a total failure of the transmission. For cleaning, use lint-free cleaning cloth. Chamois leathers are the most suitable.	AR27.50-P-0782W
	Disassemble
2	Remove retaining ring (105s) and end disk (105)
3	Remove disk pack B2 (5), externally toothed plate (105a) and disk spring (5t)	Check disks for scorch marks and wear, replace if necessary.
4	Place assembly device on disk spring (61t) and tension until retaining ring (61s) is exposed	Assembly device	Fig 3
5	Remove circlip (61s)	Pliers	Figure
6	Remove assembly device
7	Remove spring cup (61f) and disk spring (61t)
8	Remove guide ring (61r) and piston (61k); to do so, blow compressed air into hole (B) of piston guide (61b)	Blow compressed air in carefully.
9	Separate piston guide (61b) from external plate carrier B2 (61a); to do so, blow compressed air into hole (A)	Blow compressed air in carefully. The external plate carrier B2 (61a) also serves as the piston for the multidisk brake B3.
	Assemble
10	Assemble piston guide (61b) and external plate carrier B2 (61a)		AR27.50-P-0880-01W
		Replace the sealing rings (161a, 161b, 161i). With sealing rings (161a, 161b), the rounded edges must face outward.	AR27.50-P-0880-01W

11	Install piston (61k)	Replace the sealing ring (161k). The rounded off edges must point outwards.
12	Insert guide ring (61r)	Replace the sealing ring (161r). The rounded off edges must point outwards.
13	Insert disk spring (61t) and spring cup (61f)	Insert the disk spring (61t) with the curvature toward the spring cup (61f).
14	Place assembly device on disk spring (61t) and tension until groove for circlip (61s) is exposed	Assembly device	Fig 3
15	Install circlip (61s)	Pliers	Figure
16	Remove assembly device
17	Install disk spring (5t), external plate (105a) and disk pack B2 (5)	Insert disk spring (5t) in such a way that curvature of the inner circumference points toward the piston (61k). Observe insertion sequence when inserting disks: ↓
