Preliminary Procedure  Turn the ignition OFF. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION AND CONNECTION . Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to UPPER ENGINE COVER REMOVAL . Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to AIR CLEANER OUTLET DUCT REPLACEMENT (6-CYL) . Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to FRONT BUMPER FASCIA REPLACEMENT .
1	Charge Air Cooler Outlet Hose Fastener (Qty: 2)
2	Charge Air Cooler Outlet Hose Fastener (Qty: 3) Refer to FASTENER CAUTION . Tighten  9 Nm (80 lb in)
