Sunroof Frame Replacement

Callout Component Name
Preliminary Procedure 
  1. Remove Sunroof Window. Refer to SUNROOF WINDOW REPLACEMENT - REAR  and SUNROOF WINDOW REPLACEMENT - FRONT .
  2. Remove the Sunroof Housing Assembly. Refer to SUNROOF MODULE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT .
  3. Remove the sunroof sunshade motor. Refer to SUNROOF SUNSHADE MOTOR REPLACEMENT .
  4. Remove the sunroof housing drain gutter. Refer to SUNROOF HOUSING DRAIN GUTTER REPLACEMENT .
  5. Remove the sunroof sunshade. Refer to SUNROOF SUNSHADE REPLACEMENT .
  6. Remove Sunroof Window Seal. Refer to SUNROOF WINDOW REAR SEAL REPLACEMENT - REAR WINDOW SIDE  or SUNROOF WINDOW FRONT SEAL REPLACEMENT - FRONT WINDOW REAR .
  7. Remove Sunroof Air Deflector. Refer to SUNROOF AIR DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT .
1 Sunroof Frame
Procedure 
  1. After installation adjust sunroof module.
  2. After the installation adjust the sunroof sunshade motor.
  3. After the installation adjust the Sunroof Window.
  4. Functional check sunroof.
  5. Visual check sunroof.
