Preliminary Work

  1. Disconnect ground strap for battery. → 2X00IN WORK INSTRUCTIONS AFTER DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY
  2. Remove left and right cross panel. → REMOVING CROSS PANEL - section on "Removing"
  3. Remove cooling fan housing (radiator frame). → REMOVING COOLING FAN HOUSING - section on "Removing"
  4. Remove high-pressure pump. → REMOVING HIGH-PRESSURE PUMP - section on "Removing"
  5. Remove air cleaner housing at the left and right. → REMOVING AIR CLEANER HOUSING - section on "Removing"
  6. Remove the generator. → REMOVING GENERATOR - section on "Removing"
  7. Remove the starter. → REMOVING STARTER - section on "Removing"
