NOTE: Removing and installing flywheel
  • Leaks
  • Risk of damage to the flywheel and adjacent components

→ Be very careful during removal and installation.

→ Get another person to help because of the weight.

Manual transmission: 

  1. Install dual-mass flywheel.

    → INSTALLING FLYWHEEL  .

    Information 

    Loosen and tighten screws on the component according to specifications.

  2. Install the clutch.

    → INSTALLING CLUTCH .

  3. Install manual transmission.

    → INSTALLING TRANSMISSION .

    Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK): 

  4. Install the flywheel.

    → INSTALLING FLYWHEEL  .

  5. Install transmission.

    → INSTALLING PORSCHE DOPPELKUPPLUNG (PDK) .
