Removing Wire Harness For Electrically Adjustable Seat

Information 

This description covers the two-piece wire harness for an electrically adjustable seat with memory. Some plug connections will not be present on a single-piece wire harness without memory.

Connector overview for wire harness for electrically adjustable seat

  1. Wire harness for control unit for memory seat adjustment - seat adjustment motors
  2. Wire harness for seat adjustment switch - control unit for memory seat adjustment
  1. Connector (grey) for control unit for memory seat adjustment (with memory only)
  2. Connector for seat adjustment motor
  3. Connector for motor for rear vertical adjustment
  4. Connector for motor for front vertical adjustment
  5. Connector (black) for control unit for memory seat adjustment (with memory only)
  6. Connector for seat adjustment switch
  7. Tie-wraps

  1. Release and pull off connector -1-  on control unit for memory seat adjustment. → Removing Control Unit For Memory Seat Adjustment - section on "Removing"
  2. Release and pull off connector -2-  on motor for seat adjustment. → Removing Motor For Seat Adjustment - section on "Removing"
  3. Release and pull off connector -3-  on motor for rear vertical adjustment. → Removing Motor For Rear Vertical Adjustment - section on "Removing"
  4. Release and pull off connector -4-  on motor for front vertical adjustment. → Removing Motor For Front Vertical Adjustment - section on "Removing"
  5. Remove wire harness -A-  .
  6. Release and pull off connector -5-  on control unit for memory seat adjustment. → Removing Control Unit For Memory Seat Adjustment - section on "Removing"
  7. Release and pull off connector on seat adjustment switch -6-  . → Removing Control Module Trim panel - section on "Removing"
  8. Remove tie-wraps -7-  and pull out wire harness -B-  .
