Installation Procedure

  1. Install the new wheel stud.
  2. Using washers and a wheel nut, pull the wheel stud in position.
  3. Install the brake rotor. Refer to Rear Brake Rotor Replacement (J55) or Rear Brake Rotor Replacement (JL9) .
    4. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  4. Install the brake caliper and bolts. Refer to Rear Brake Caliper Replacement (J55) or Rear Brake Caliper Replacement (JL9) .
  5. Install the wheel and the tire. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  6. Lower the vehicle.
