Removal and Installation: Removal

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Disconnect the battery. Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT : Removal & Installation .
  2. Drain engine coolant from radiator. Refer to Draining .
    CAUTION: Perform this step when the engine is cold.
  3. Remove the condenser. Refer to CONDENSER : Removal & Installation .
  4. Remove air guide (RH). Refer to Exploded View .
  5. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Removal and Installation .
  6. Remove air resonator. Refer to Exploded View .
  7. Disconnect radiator hose (upper) and radiator hose (lower) from the radiator.
  8. Disconnect the CVT fluid cooler hoses from the radiator. Refer to Exploded View .
  9. Remove the radiator mounts.
  10. Remove the radiator assembly.
    CAUTION: Do not damage or scratch the radiator core when removing.
