REP-TAT-P-2430-01 Detach the switching device (Cooper Clubman base)
NOTE:
When the engine is stopped after the completion of trip, it may be necessary to run the electric fan. In rare cases, operation of the electric fan can last up to 11 min. This protects the components. In this case, replacing the electric fan will not remedy the problem!

- Refer to DRAINING THE OIL FROM THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
- Refer to REMOVING FAN COWL WITH ELECTRIC FAN
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER (OIL PAN) FOR THE SWITCHING DEVICE (GA8G45 / F22AW)
- Detach all connectors (1).
- Detach the connector (2) from the holder.
- Unscrew the bolt (2) and remove the hold-down device.
- Detach the temperature sensor (1) from the switching device.
- Lay the wiring harness on the transmission toward the top.
- Loosen screws (2).
- Remove the switching device (1).
