REP-TAT-P-2411-25 Seal/replace the cover (oil pan) for the switching device (8-speed, AISIN GA8F22AW) (Cooper Clubman base AWD)
NOTE:
When the engine is stopped after the completion of trip, it may be necessary to run the electric fan. In rare cases, operation of the electric fan can last up to 11 min. This protects the components. In this case, replacing the electric fan will not remedy the problem!

Remove the cover (oil pan) for the switching device (GA8G45 / F22AW)
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The transmission oil pan must be replaced each time it is released.
The transmission oil pan must be replaced each time it is released.
- Loosen screws (2).
- Remove the cover (1).
Install the cover (oil pan) for the switching device (GA8G45 / F22AW)
- Clean the sealing surface on the transmission.
- Replace the cover (1).
Parts : Cover, rubber seal
- Insert a new rubber seal into the new cover (1).
- Position the new cover (1).
- Tighten the screws (2).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
