61 31 . . . Replacing all switches and indicator lamps in center console (Z3 roadster, Z3 coupe)

Unclip shift-lever cover.

Remove insulation sheet.

Carefully press hazard warning light switch or window regulator switch downwards to remove from trim.

Disconnect connector.

Remove radio finisher or, if necessary, radio. Refer to 65 11 030 RADIO (BAVARIA C II OR C REVERSE II) or 65 11 030 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING RADIO (BAVARIA C III OR C REVERSE III RDS) or 65 11 030 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING RADIO (BUSINESS) .

Push A/C switch or indicator lamp forwards through radio aperture to unclip and remove connector.
