51 16 273 Removing and installing/replacing fastener for center armrest

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove center armrest cover. See 51 16 167 REMOVING AND INSTALLING (REPLACING) CENTER ARMREST COVER .
Pull the closure for the center armrest (1) including actuator drive forward and out of the center armrest (2).
