Remove/Install Charge Air Distributor - AR09.41-P-8683SVZ

	Remove/install
1	Remove fuel distributor together with injection valves.		AR07.03-P-1451SVZ
2	Remove front bleed line (3) from charge-air distributor (1).	Plug openings. Record plug	Fig 2
3	Remove click clamp and rear vacuum line (5) from charge-air distributor (1).	Plug openings. : Replace snap clamp. Pliers for click clamps	Fig 3
		Record plug	Fig 2
4	Remove screws (2) in reverse order to tightening procedure.
	Tightening procedure for charge air distributor	: replace screws (2). Tighten screws (2) according to tightening procedure.	GF09.41-P-4129-01SVZ
		Screw/bolt, charge air distributor to cylinder head	*BA09.41-P-1004-01Q
5	Remove the charge-air distributor (1) upwards.	Seal openings with suitable dry cloths.
6	Remove seals (6, 7).	: Replace seals (6, 7).
7	Detach cap (4).	If the charge air distributor (1) is replaced.
8	Remove intake air temperature sensor (B17).	If the charge air distributor (1) is replaced.	AR07.04-P-0035SVZ
9	Remove charge air pressure sensor (B28/7).	If the charge air distributor (1) is replaced.	AR07.04-P-0101SVZ
	Check
10	Check charge-air distributor (1) for damage.	If damage is present: ↓ Replace charge-air distributor (1).
11	Install in the reverse order.
